We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a leading "Top 200" Law Firm and a trusted provider of wealth management services, with a proud heritage dating back to 1856. Based in Lincolnshire and across the Midlands, they are one of the oldest law firms in the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their highly regarded Personal and Business Dispute Resolution Team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:15 (36.25 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and structured individual who is confident in handling a broad range of civil litigation matters. You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload while supporting the growth of the department and contributing to the firm's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a mixed caseload of civil litigation, including:
- Commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant matters
- Consumer Law issues
- Boundary disputes
- Contentious probate

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters
- Strong commercial awareness and client development skills
