Rate: Β£250Β£290 per day (same pay for day and night shifts)
Were seeking an experienced Section Foreman to join our clients team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure works.
This role involves 12-hour shifts, working every other weekend, and night shifts on a rota basis.
Responsibilities

Supervise and support subcontractors and the site management team.

Interpret drawings and specifications.

Lead and mentor gangers and supervisors.

Oversee inductions, training, and competency requirements.

Support with procurement of materials, subcontracts, and plant.

Chair weekly site meetings and toolbox talks.

Ensure quality standards, H&S compliance, and programme delivery.

Manage daily diaries, timesheets, and progress tracking.
Requirements

CSCS (Academically/Professionally Qualified or Supervisory/Manager level)

SSSTS or SMSTS

Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)

First Aid certification

Proven experience as a Foreman or Section Foreman in civil engineering projects
