Project Officer – Housing Services
Location: Rugby Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: temp, 3 months initially
We are looking for a proactive Project Officer to support a range of Housing Services improvement projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and project management skills who enjoys delivering change and working with a variety of stakeholders.
### Key Responsibilities
Lead and support housing improvement projects, including reviews of Independent Living Services, Lifeline services, rents and service charges, and tenancy agreements.
Prepare project plans, business cases, risk registers and reports.
Research service delivery options and produce recommendations.
Organise tenant consultation events and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and update policies, procedures and working practices.
Deliver training and support to staff on new processes.
Maintain project documentation and databases. ### About You
Experience delivering or supporting projects.
Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities.
Housing or public sector experience is desirable but not essential.
