Pay Rate: £21.45 + PAYE depending upon experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Prevention, Data & Outcomes Lead to support a busy Housing Advice and Enabling service on an interim basis. This role will focus on improving delivery, performance, data quality and outcomes across homelessness prevention, rough sleeping, waiting lists, temporary accommodation, early intervention and housing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on performance monitoring and service improvement across housing advice and homelessness prevention
- Support delivery of homelessness and rough sleeping outcomes in line with local and national priorities
- Use data and trend analysis to identify service gaps, blockages and improvement opportunities
- Provide day-to-day coaching, supervision and support to Early Intervention Officers
- Quality-check prevention work, case recording, Personal Housing Plans and early intervention activity
- Support improvements to housing systems, workflows and data quality
- Produce performance reports for senior managers, members and external partners
- Work with internal teams and external partners including DWP, NHS, probation and outreach services
- Support the development of future operating models and service review recommendations
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within housing advice, homelessness prevention or a similar local authority housing service
- Strong background in data, performance monitoring and service improvement
- Line management, supervision or coaching experience is essential
- Good understanding of homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
- Ability to analyse data and turn findings into practical service improvements
- Strong communication, partnership working and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and strong case recording/data quality standards
- Experience using systems such as HCLIC, MRI/Jigsaw, In-Form or Power BI would be beneficial
This is a hybrid role, with approximately 40% office attendance required during the first 14 weeks.
