We are looking for an experienced Revenues Manager to lead the delivery of Council Tax and NNDR services. You will ensure accurate billing, effective collection, statutory compliance, and continuous service improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient Council Tax, NNDR, and BID billing services
- Ensure compliance with legislation and completion of statutory returns
- Lead debt recovery and income collection performance
- Manage and develop Revenues Team Managers and staff
- Oversee revenues systems, service plans, and performance indicators
- Maintain accurate data, reporting, and financial controls
- Manage budgets, risks, and service improvements
- Authorise and recommend debt write-offs in line with procedure

- Strong experience in Council Tax and NNDR
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation
