Proposal Coordinator – Construction Location: North West England Job Type: Permanent Sector: Construction / Pre-Construction / Bid Management Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits Lynx Employment Services is recruiting a Proposal Coordinator on behalf of a leading UK construction business. This is a great opportunity for an organised and creative individual with experience supporting bids, tenders and proposals within construction or a related sector. Working as part of the pre-construction and bid team, you will coordinate high-quality tender submissions, bringing together information from across the business to produce professional, compelling and compliant proposals. ### The Role You will be responsible for coordinating the production of tender and proposal documentation from initial opportunity through to final submission. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating PQQs, bids, tenders and proposal submissions Working closely with Bid Managers and pre-construction teams Gathering information from commercial, design, operational and technical colleagues Managing bid information, deadlines and submission requirements Producing clear, engaging and professionally presented tender responses Reviewing and editing written content to ensure consistency and quality Supporting the development of case studies, project profiles and supporting information Maintaining bid libraries and reusable proposal content Coordinating contributions from internal teams and external partners Ensuring submissions meet client requirements and are completed on time Supporting presentations and interview documentation Proofreading and quality-checking final submissions Helping continually improve the quality and effectiveness of bid documentation ### About You We would particularly like to hear from candidates with previous experience as a Proposal Coordinator, Bid Coordinator, Bid Writer, Proposals Assistant or Pre-Construction Coordinator. You should have excellent written English, strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate several contributors while working to strict deadlines. Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or the wider built environment would be highly advantageous. You'll also need strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and the confidence to communicate with people at all levels of an organisation. ### What's on Offer?
