We are seeking on behalf of our client a skilled Plumber.We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber with proven experience in domestic plumbing. Experience ininstallation of central heating systems, solid fuel boilers, sink units, water closets, baths, showers and wash basin
You must be able to provide a professional, quality of craftsmanship and customer orientated delivery of service to all Building Works for internal and external customers
Key Responsibilities:
To carry out all aspects of plumbing work on maintenance, repairs and Construction projects to dwellings, schools and public buildings
To install central heating systems, solid fuel boilers, sink units, water closets, baths, showers and wash basin
To renew external gutters, fall pipes and soil stacks where necessary
To renew and repair external water services and stop cocks
To liaise with other employees of various trades, tenants, managers, caretakers
To work at heights using the necessary safety equipment
To maintain vehicle stock levels at optimum level so that service efficiency is achieved
To submit all worksheets and documents relating to job (electronically or by paper) within the required timescales
To carry out Driver/Laborer duties as and when required
Essential Requirements:

NVQ level 2 in Plumbing

Demonstrate a positive, flexible approach to both team and lone working with
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in relation to plumbing work

Basic DBS check

Must hold a full clean driving license and be toDrive and do laborer duties as and when required
