We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Domestic Cleaner to join our team at a secure lodge in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and enjoys working in a professional environment. An Enhanced DBS for Children on the Update Service is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning communal areas, offices, bedrooms, and welfare facilities
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, and washroom facilities
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the site
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism within a secure environment
