We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Principal Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior legal professional looking for a flexible, hybrid role with a strong balance of remote and office-based work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level legal advice and support across a broad range of matters
- Lead on complex casework and legal projects
- Manage and supervise junior legal staff where required

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Executive

Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working model: 1 day per week in the Northampton office (Thursday)
- Remaining days remote
