Hours: 5 days per week. Saturday and Sunday working is mandatory. Rest Days: Wednesday & Thursday.
Pay
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday: £13.85 per hour PAYE
- Saturday & Sunday: £20.75 per hour PAYE
- Wednesday & Thursday overtime (if available): £20.75 per hour PAYE
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Operator / Shovel Driver to work at a busy waste management site in Northampton.
Essential
- Valid NPORS Telehandler ticket (this is essential)
- Previous experience operating mobile plant
- Comfortable working within a busy operational/waste environment
- Good awareness of site Health & Safety
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday
Desirable
- It would be beneficial if you also hold NPORS Wheeled Loading Shovel
- NPORS 360 Excavator
- These additional tickets are advantageous but not essential.

Additional overtime may be available on Wednesday and Thursday and will be paid at the higher rate of £20.75 per hour.
