About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Financial Accountant - ERP Improvement to support a crucial data correction and clean-up initiative within our Oracle ERP system.
This role is split evenly between Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and will play a key role in supporting our Finance team in resolving historic base data issues.
You'll be working closely with the Head of AR and AP , supporting them in matching invoices, applying adjustments, and ensuring data accuracy within Oracle, both in test and live environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager in delivering the Oracle ERP Improvement Plan.
- Accurately process and match historic AR and AP data entries in Oracle.
- Monitor, verify, and upload supporting documentation for each adjustment.
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues as they arise.
- Maintain and report progress to the Head of AR and AP regularly.
- Ensure all data corrections meet the standards required for audit and compliance.
- Liaise with Finance and IT teams to ensure full awareness and alignment throughout the process.
