Senior Estates Surveyor to join their Property Services & Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Estates Surveyor to manage a varied commercial property portfolio, leading on rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord and tenant matters while helping to maximise the value of the clients estate. ## The Role You will manage a substantial caseload, ensuring rent reviews and lease renewals are completed within required timescales while providing professional property advice across the clients estate. ### Key Responsibilities Manage rent reviews and lease renewals from instruction through to completion.

Negotiate wayleaves, easements and access licences.

Deal with applications to assign, sub-let and alter leases.

Work with the Property Management Team on service charge budgets and planned maintenance.

Monitor rent arrears alongside Income and Legal teams.

Manage vacant properties, minimising void periods and securing new lettings.

Carry out property inspections and build strong relationships with tenants.

Investigate property queries and complaints, providing practical recommendations.

Prepare professional reports and negotiate effectively on behalf of the client. ## About You To be successful you will have: MRICS qualification (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.

Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation.

Experience negotiating commercial rent reviews and lease renewals.

Excellent understanding of property management principles.

Experience managing external agents and contractors.

Strong negotiation, communication and report-writing skills.

Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with minimal supervision.

Full UK Driving Licence.

## What's on Offer £450 per day (Inside IR35). Hybrid working minimum two days per week in the Coventry office (Thursday plus one flexible day). Monday to Friday, 9:00am

Initial three-month contract with the possibility of extension.
