Kidderminster on a full-time temporary contract.

This initial three-month assignment offers the potential for extension for the right candidates.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining public spaces, and are looking for a varied, hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you. ## The Role As a Park Operative, you will play an important role in maintaining parks, open spaces and recreational areas to a high standard, ensuring they remain safe, clean and welcoming for residents and visitors. ## Key Responsibilities Grass cutting and lawn maintenance.

Hedge trimming and pruning.

Litter picking and emptying bins.

Sweeping paths and public areas.

Strimming around trees, fences and borders.

Leaf blowing and general grounds maintenance.

Planting, watering and maintaining flower beds and landscaped areas.

Assisting with the upkeep of parks, playgrounds and green spaces.

Operating a range of grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

Reporting any defects, hazards or vandalism found during daily duties. ## Essential Requirements Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Good level of physical fitness.

Experience using grounds maintenance equipment such as strimmers, mowers and blowers is desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
