We are currently recruiting for an experienced Front End Loader (FEL) Driver to join a busy Mechanical Treatment Plant in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operator with a valid NPORS Front End Loader qualification to work within a fast-paced waste and recycling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Front End Loader safely and efficiently to move and manage waste materials.
  • Feed processing equipment to ensure continuous plant operations.
  • Create and maintain waste storage areas for processing and collections.
  • Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections and report any defects.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties, clearing blockages and keeping work areas safe.
  • Work closely with operational and maintenance teams to support daily plant activities.
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures and traffic management systems.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid NPORS Front End Loader (FEL) qualification.
  • Previous experience operating a Front End Loader in an industrial, waste, recycling or similar environment.
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and follow operational instructions.
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to the 06:00 - 14:00 shift pattern.
