We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Childrens Homes Service Manager to oversee 3 childrens homes and 3 Home Managers across the Kirklees borough. The successful candidate will provide visible leadership across the homes throughout the working week, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance and service improvement.
You will need strong experience in residential childrens services, leadership of registered managers/teams, safeguarding, Childrens Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted requirements and budget/service management. An Enhanced DBS with barred list check is required.
