The predicted salary is between 30000 - 30060 £ per year.
Our client is looking for a candidate who can undertake all assigned operative duties using appropriate tools, equipment and materials, which include but are not limited to general grounds maintenance, including ride-on and pedestrian mowing, strimming, pruning, hedge cutting, edging, weeding, planting, over-marking sports pitches, litter picking, bin emptying and site inspections.
You will work face to face with internal and external stakeholders, customers, site/facility managers, contractors, delivery persons and the general public to a high standard and in a professional manner in line with policies and procedures.
To ensure that vehicles and equipment are in a clean and serviceable condition, and that all defects are reported to your supervisor/manager and/or workshop garage as per instruction.
To deliver positive outcomes wherever possible to benefit the community.
- Experience of domestic/commercial garden or grounds maintenance/landscaping.
- Be prepared to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Must hold a full clean driving licence.
