They are currently expanding their in-houseAdvocacy Team and seeking experiencedBarristers orSolicitor Advocates with a background inPersonal Injury and/orMedical Negligence . This is a rare opportunity to work on varied, meaningful cases within a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.

The Role

As an in-house Advocate, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality advocacy services, both remotely and in person

  • Represent clients at interim and final hearings

  • Draft pleadings and provide legal opinions on complex matters

  • Collaborate with case handlers to support client outcomes

  • Help shape a growing in-house advocacy practice across England & Wales

About You We’re looking for professionals who are:

  • Qualified Barristers or Solicitors with Higher Rights of Audience (civil)

  • Experienced in Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence advocacy (claimant or defendant side)

  • Skilled communicators with strong drafting, case analysis, and courtroom presence

  • Comfortable working independently while being an active team contributor
