We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Children’s Homes Service Manager to oversee 3 children’s homes and 3 Home Managers across the Kirklees borough. The successful candidate will provide visible leadership across the homes throughout the working week, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance and service improvement.

You will need strong experience in residential children’s services, leadership of registered managers/teams, safeguarding, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted requirements and budget/service management. An Enhanced DBS with barred list check is required.
