We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Team Leader at their HRC site in Cambridgeshire. This is for a period of 3 months and if all training is completed and performance is good, a permanent role at a higher rate will be offered.
Full time role / 40 hours a week
General duties include:
- Supervision of onsite staff
- Providing excellent customer service for customers that visit the site
- Re-directing customers to correct allocated bays
- Adhering to health and safety
- General cleaning of the site
Requirements:
- Must have access to own vehicle; mileage costs will be covered by the client.
- We require reliable and committed operatives who are available to start as soon as possible.
- The role involves working in all weather conditions and requires physical endurance.
- Candidates must be flexible, as they may be assigned to different sites on different days and will be expected to travel to any requested location without refusal.

- Working on household waste recycling centre as Waste Operatives
- Ability to provide good customer service to site visitors
