With a strong commitment to delivering practical, business-focused legal advice, they serve a wide range of private clients and are supported by a team of highly experienced solicitors and barristers. Their approach is built on clear communication, expert representation, and a flexible working ethos.

They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicatedRegulatory Solicitorto work on a freelance, fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background incriminal law and procedure, particularly within magistrates and crown court matters, and will demonstrate a client-focused, ethical approach to legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a range of client matters

• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

• Represent clients in court or instruct counsel as needed

• Conduct thorough legal research and case preparation

• Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently

• Stay up to date on legislation and relevant case law

• Attend client interviews when required

• Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate

• Proven experience in criminal law

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• High-level analytical and organisational abilities

• Able to work independently and flexibly

• Applicants must prove that they are self employed
