Remote Work | Competitive Bonus Structure | No Admin
Our client is expanding and looking for experienced Employment Lawyers to join our dynamic and growing team. If youre looking to focus purely on high-quality legal work without the distractions of admin, compliance, or billing this is the role for you.
The Role:
Handle primarily claimant employment matters, with some respondent work.
Fully remote and flexible working manage your own schedule.
Focus 100% on chargeable work all non-chargeable tasks (admin, onboarding, etc.) handled by paralegals and PAs.
Strong pipeline of incoming enquiries youll be expected to convert leads into clients.
Minimum Billing Requirements:
Full-time: 25 chargeable hours/week
Part-time: 15 chargeable hours/week
Compensation & Perks:
