We are looking for a reliable and motivated Driver Operative to join our team in Kidderminster on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role involves the delivery of bins to residential and commercial properties, providing an essential service to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bins safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle in accordance with road traffic legislation and company procedures.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Provide excellent customer service while working in the community.
- Complete delivery paperwork and records accurately.
- Work safely at all times, following health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driving Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
- Good knowledge of safe driving practices.
- Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
