We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to support a busy reactive repairs and maintenance service within occupied social housing properties. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment delivering responsive repairs, emergency callouts and void property works across a large housing stock.
A company vehicle will be provided for work purposes.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works within occupied properties
- Delivering high-quality repairs across multiple trades
Required Trade Skills & Experience:
- Strong multi-trade experience, including several of the following:
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Bricklaying
- Fencing
- Flooring
- Proven experience within occupied social housing is essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be local to the area
- Early finish on Fridays
