We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to support a busy reactive repairs and maintenance service within occupied social housing properties. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment delivering responsive repairs, emergency callouts and void property works across a large housing stock. A company vehicle will be provided for work purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works within occupied properties
  • Delivering high-quality repairs across multiple trades

Required Trade Skills & Experience:

  • Strong multi-trade experience, including several of the following:
    • Tiling
    • Plastering
    • Bricklaying
    • Fencing
    • Flooring
  • Proven experience within occupied social housing is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be local to the area
  • Early finish on Fridays
