Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join a busy industrial site based in Eaton, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with a well-established organisation, working within a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials across site, ensuring operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Moving materials around the site and production areas.
  • Carrying out routine vehicle safety checks.
  • Assisting with stock control and storage.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • A valid, in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred).
  • Previous experience operating a forklift in an industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
