Recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise in Clinical Negligence, the firm is now seeking a Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing team of dedicated legal professionals.

The Role
Youll work closely with an experienced Partner on complex Multi-Track clinical negligence cases, such as:

Birth injury claims
-
Brain and spinal injuries
-
Delayed diagnoses of cancer
-
Surgical and medical negligence claims
You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload from inception to resolution, across all procedural tracks.
This role suits a confident, structured, and proactive individual with practical experience in:

Funding arrangements (CFAs, BTE, ATE)
-
The Clinical Negligence Protocol and CPR
-
Reviewing medical records and imaging
-
Instructing experts and counsel
-
Conducting ADR
-
Awareness of current fixed cost reforms
You will also support the departments business development strategy and play an active role in marketing initiatives to promote the firms reputation.
