We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support a busy engineering and project delivery team with a wide range of office administration and coordination duties. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator who can work proactively, integrate quickly into a fast-paced environment, and provide reliable day-to-day support across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing action notes
- Arranging meetings, workshops and site visits
- Welcoming visitors, clients and contractors to site
- Supporting onboarding activities and carrying out site inductions
- Maintaining organised filing systems and project records
- Managing QA documentation, registrations and record keeping
- Liaising with IT support and coordinating printer maintenance
- Arranging calibration, certification and PAT testing for office equipment
- Ordering PPE, office supplies and other essential items
- Preparing recurring reports and administrative documentation
- Coordinating with cleaning contractors and site security
- Providing general office and administrative support to the wider team
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with record keeping and note taking
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
