  • We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced

Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong commercial property experience to manage a varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice on a range of property matters.

  • ### Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial property agreements.
  • Provide clear legal advice to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Support regeneration, development and property projects where required.
  • Ensure all work is delivered to a high professional standard and within agreed timescales.
  • ### About You

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with relevant commercial property experience.

Strong knowledge of commercial property law and practice.

Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Public sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
