Job Description

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and expanding Contentious Construction team that acts on complex domestic and international building, engineering, and development disputes. The firms client base includes major industrial, commercial, retail, investment, and heritage sector players, and the firm known for our commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice.

As the team continues to grow, they are looking for astute, motivated, and enthusiastic construction disputes lawyers to join them. You will be given early responsibility, the opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex disputes, and access to genuine career progression and leadership development.

What We’re Looking For: A qualified solicitor (UK or common law jurisdiction) with 4+ years’ PQE in contentious construction.

Strong experience handling construction litigation, adjudication, and/or arbitration.

A sound understanding of standard form contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC, FIDIC).

Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

A proactive approach and a genuine passion for construction law.
