Lynx Employment Services is recruiting an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy team maintaining school grounds in the Nottingham area.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining school grounds and outdoor areas to a high standard
- Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
- Operating equipment including strimmers and other powered machinery
- Marking out football pitches and running track lines
- Keeping all outdoor areas clean, safe and well-presented
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience using strimmers, mowers and other grounds maintenance equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one if applicable)
- £12.87 per hour
- Full-time hours (42 per week)
- Immediate start available
