We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our forward-thinking dental practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, analysing data, and creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. A strong understanding of SEO, social media management, and project management is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and organisational abilities. You will be required to create your own content from our practices and work with the directors to implement their visions.
Responsibilities
- Create static, animated, video and AI content.
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Create compelling copy for websites, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to increase reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create engaging content. Content will be needed for flyers, leaflets, digital marketing on social platforms as well as reception TV screen slides.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in Squarespace, Canva/creative software, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite and AI.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights from various digital platforms.
- Understanding and use of AI in previous projects will need to be displayed.
- Skilled in copywriting with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- Expertise in social media management across platforms such as Eurostaffs, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Good understanding of IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
- Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills ensuring deadlines are consistently met within a fast-paced environment.
