We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, positive and ambitious Operations Director to play a key role in the further development of the school as a centre of excellence for teaching, learning and leadership. As an Ofsted Outstanding school, we are determined to provide an exceptional, world-class learning environment for all members of our school community.
The successful applicant will lead and manage the school support functions, namely premises, administration, ICT and health & safety, and will join an extremely hardworking, committed and supportive staff team. As currently the only school in our multi-academy Trust, the Operations Director will also take on the role of Chief Operations Officer for the Trust and will be an important member of our Extended Senior Leadership Team.
Dartford Grammar School for Girls is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service and check against the ISA Barred List for children.
