About this role
You’ll be part of a supportive and expert service team, delivering vital technical support to hospitals, clinics, and distributors. From planned maintenance and installations to fault-finding and calibrations, you’ll play a key role in helping healthcare professionals deliver safe and effective treatment outcomes.
- Varied, hands‑on role with new challenges each week
- Full induction and technical training at HQ in Cheshire (initial 2 weeks plus ongoing development)
- Opportunity for overseas travel, if desired
- Trusted autonomy in managing your regional patch and customer relationships
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on laser and IPL systems
- Installing new equipment
- Troubleshooting issues on site and delivering excellent customer support
- Completing technical documentation in line with medical device regulations
- Proven experience working with medical devices or lasers (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Background in engineering, electronics, physics, or similar (degree or hands‑on experience)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently, with a full UK driving licence
- Proficient IT and record‑keeping abilities
- Basic salary of £30,000 – £36,000 depending on experience
- Overtime (typically £5,000–£10,000)
