You’ll be part of a supportive and expert service team, delivering vital technical support to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

From planned maintenance and installations to fault-finding and calibrations, you’ll play a key role in helping healthcare professionals deliver safe and effective treatment outcomes.

  • Varied, hands‑on role with new challenges each week
  • Full induction and technical training at HQ in Cheshire (initial 2 weeks plus ongoing development)
  • Opportunity for overseas travel, if desired
  • Trusted autonomy in managing your regional patch and customer relationships
  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on laser and IPL systems
  • Installing new equipment
  • Troubleshooting issues on site and delivering excellent customer support
  • Completing technical documentation in line with medical device regulations
  • Proven experience working with medical devices or lasers (highly desirable, but not essential)
  • Background in engineering, electronics, physics, or similar (degree or hands‑on experience)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently, with a full UK driving licence
  • Proficient IT and record‑keeping abilities
  • Basic salary of £30,000 – £36,000 depending on experience
  • Overtime (typically £5,000–£10,000)
