Key Responsibilities- Strategy Implementation: Support the UK Marketing Director in executing the UK marketing strategy and driving brand objectives.
- Campaign Effectiveness: Monitor, report and optimise brand and campaign performance in partnership with the Group Marketing team.
- PR & Brand Awareness: Oversee the PR agency and manage BAU PR activities, including brand activations, media partnerships, influencer collaborations, and news hijacking opportunities to enhance visibility.
- Launch Support: Lead the marketing support for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with key external partners including creative and print agencies, merchandise suppliers, content creators, and influencer networks-ensuring delivery against KPIs.
- Asset Creation: Oversee the development and production of high-quality marketing assets and collateral.
- Charity Partnership: Take ownership of the national charity partnership and drive community engagement.
- Line Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of five, including social media, marketing executives, and assistants.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the print and stock agency and associated systems.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or communications role within a fast-paced, multi-site consumer brand.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and developing talent.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance creativity and data-led decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Confident in leading campaigns, driving brand presence, and delivering tangible results.
