At Lynn Grove Academy, we are looking for a Teacher of Inclusion to re‑ignite a love of learning for pupils who have experienced disruption. This role supports pupils in overcoming learning barriers and turning challenges into confidence.

Location: Lynn Grove Academy, Gorleston‑on‑Sea, Norfolk

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: 32.5 hours, 52 weeks

Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (M1 – UPS3)

Responsibilities

  • Engage and motivate all learners, ensuring every pupil is supported to reach their full potential.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership potential by guiding and supporting colleagues in delivering inclusive, high‑quality teaching and learning.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, bringing resilience and empathy to work with pupils and staff.
  • Strengthen the inclusion provision and collaborate with the leadership team and wider school community.
