Our client is a professional services business, fast growing and well known. Reporting to the HR Manager you will support the HR team with both HR and Recruitment activities including:

  • Recruitment
    • Provide recruitment and resourcing support across the business
    • Source candidates using a variety of methods with a focus on social media, online job boards and networking
    • Support Department Heads/Managers with the interview process, ensuring feedback is provided to unsuccessful candidates
    • Work with the Marketing Department on all aspects of social media recruitment
    • Carry out group inductions to support the onboarding process
  • Generalist HR
    • Provide first line practical advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures in line with current legislation
    • With assistance from the HR Manager support line managers in the running of investigation, disciplinary, grievance, absence management procedures
    • Provide advice and guidance to managers in respect of informal performance management process
    • Ensure HR helpdesk queries are dealt with in a timely manner
    • Carry out exit interviews, collate feedback and update management

Person Specification

  • CIPD Qualified minimum Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Confident in working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Confidential, discreet and diplomatic approach
  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
