Our client is a professional services business, fast growing and well known. Reporting to the HR Manager you will support the HR team with both HR and Recruitment activities including:
- Recruitment
- Provide recruitment and resourcing support across the business
- Source candidates using a variety of methods with a focus on social media, online job boards and networking
- Support Department Heads/Managers with the interview process, ensuring feedback is provided to unsuccessful candidates
- Work with the Marketing Department on all aspects of social media recruitment
- Carry out group inductions to support the onboarding process
- Generalist HR
- Provide first line practical advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures in line with current legislation
- With assistance from the HR Manager support line managers in the running of investigation, disciplinary, grievance, absence management procedures
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in respect of informal performance management process
- Ensure HR helpdesk queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Carry out exit interviews, collate feedback and update management
Person Specification
- CIPD Qualified minimum Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Experience of Recruitment and Onboarding
- Confident in working with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confidential, discreet and diplomatic approach
- Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
