Worcester is central to both office locations (Ref 786). Permanent position with a salary of £42k – £46.6k DOE, plus company car, hybrid working (1-2 office days) and half day Friday!

Our client is a successful manufacturing business with a global presence that has continued to grow in recent years. HR is highly respected and valued in the business.

You will support 2 sites, one in the West Midlands and one in Wales. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Junior HRBP will have strong generalist experience and be responsible for building relationships to support strategic business partnering, delivering generalist support to the sites, and helping to drive Best Practice and compliance with policies and procedures.

The role provides first-line advice to Line Managers and employees, helping to manage performance, absence, recruitment, disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases. Role scope also includes supporting projects that help drive the People Strategy for UK sites, policy development, and the continual improvement of people processes, working closely with the People Business Partner and the wider People Team.
