North East or Yorkshire (Ref 784) to start ASAP for 10 months £50k – £55k which includes a car allowance. Home based with travel to sites when required. This is a maternity cover, working for a vibrant company, with a great culture and strong values.

Reporting to a fabulous Head of People, we’re looking for an experienced People Manager to support the delivery of the People strategy across multiple sites. You will act as a trusted partner to Regional Managers, to drive high-performing teams and a strong culture. You’ll lead a Regional People team, oversee recruitment and workforce planning, and ensure consistent, compliant people practices.

Using data and insight, you’ll influence decisions on performance, retention, and engagement, while managing complex employee relations cases and championing wellbeing, inclusion, and development. Oversee regional engagement plans, including eNPS delivery, analysis and action planning. Drive succession planning and talent development across operational roles. Support leadership capability through coaching, training and development initiatives. Sponsor and role-model equality, diversity and inclusion across regional operations.
