Temporary until September 2027 (18 Month Contract) £33,000 – £37,000 depending on experience + 6% bonus paid quarterly plus benefits including hybrid working.

We’re delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join their HR function on a fixed-term maternity cover contract from late April/early May 2026 through to September 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional already working in a generalist capacity who is looking for greater breadth, international exposure, and the chance to take on more responsibility within a growing global organisation.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, well-established team and work closely with an experienced Global HR Director, balancing day-to-day operational HR with involvement in wider people initiatives. The role offers a strong blend of structure and stretch, supporting employees and managers across the UK while also engaging with global colleagues — giving you valuable cross-border insight and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • You’ll play a central role in keeping HR operations running smoothly, including:
  • Managing HR administration, employee records and global job descriptions
  • Maintaining HR policies and the UK employee handbook
  • Overseeing Time Attendance and producing accurate HR reports
