A market-leading Oracle partner are recruiting 2 Consultants on an initial 2-month contract. They need 1 Functional and 1 Technical for an implementation project for their end-client. The role will be in Oracle EBS. Remote working.

Skill set for HCM functional resource is:- A wide functional breadth of Oracle product knowledge within the EBS 12.2 HCM suite, principally to include Payroll, Core HR and Employee & Manager Self Service.
- Detailed experience in design, configuration and setup of:
- Elements and fast formula build
- Implement Retropay & Proration
- Configure Payrolling of Benefits
- Support Payroll UAT
- Lead workshops & Requirements gather sessions.
- Rooted in the technical world with an excellent functional understanding of Oracle EBS 12.2 HCM & Payroll.
- Understand the HCM data structures, and the ability to use Oracle development tools.
- Strong development background in EBS 12.2
- Must understand EBS Payroll.
- Expert in SQL, PL/SQL.
- Experience writing specification and design documents for Oracle EBS 12.2 HCM.
