Senior Site Manager
£300 per day (Ltd or CIS – Ongoing)

From prime real estate in city centre apartments to beautiful & bespoke high-end countryside properties, their mission is to build & deliver bespoke luxury living spaces interwoven with practicality and optimisation.
About the Role
The Senior Site Manager will initially oversee two sites, with assistants present at each site at all times. They are building two bespoke apartment buildings consisting of 50 and 80 apartments in Acton and Willesden, Northwest London.
You’ll need experience overseeing both internal and external works, with the ability to read and discuss drawings and bring them to life. Experience overseeing reinforced concrete work is essential. You’ll manage budgets, quality control, and ensure H&S practices onsite. You’ll be a voice of leadership and communication onsite, ultimately ensuring the smooth running of the project completion.
Future of the Role
As a growing company, there will be a number of projects to move on to once the above are completed. These could range from bespoke luxury countryside homes to inner-city apartments and complexes. There is plenty of opportunity to develop and move upwards through the company as they scale at pace.
