Do you have an eye for detail, a knack for precision, and a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking to add a recruit to our existing team!

What We Do: We’re leading the way in vehicle conversion, from large welfare contracts to one-off vehicles, crafting high-quality vehicles that set us apart from our competition. Our electrical team plays a crucial role in this process, ensuring every component seamlessly integrates to create the finished product.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install a wide range of automotive accessories, including: Dash cams, parking sensors, alarms, auxiliary battery & charging systems, runlock systems, and inverters.
  • Lighting upgrades such as work lights, beacons, strobes, and interior lighting.
  • Vehicle conversion work, which involves running conversion looms, battery cables, connecting air/water heaters and water/toilet pumps.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies with a keen eye for detail.
  • Operate specialized tools and equipment with confidence and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet production deadlines.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A meticulous individual with a passion for precision and quality.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is desirable but not required as training will be given.

What We Offer:

  • Salary per year depending on experience.
  • Uniform provided.

  • 29 days of paid holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
  • Hours per week Monday – Thursday 40 hours (7am – 5:30pm).
  • Overtime available.
