My Client based in the BT7 area of Belfast require an experienced Minute Taker Administrator. This will be on an ad-hoc basis so flexibility will be key. The Minute Taker Administrator will ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
Duties
- Attend meetings as required to record discussions, decisions, and actions.
- Record members’ attendance at meetings and take appropriate action regarding absences.
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings to prepare clear and accurate minutes.
- Ensure minutes reflect agreed actions and identify responsible parties.
- Record all decisions accurately and objectively, including any timescales for actions.
- Produce final minutes for approval.
- Distribute minutes to relevant parties.
Criteria
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Fully computer literate.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Confidentiality & Discretion.
- Fully flexible & committed.
