My Client based in the BT12 area of Belfast requires a full-time Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The post will be on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent.
Duties:
- Meet & greet all patients at the front desk
- Answer all telephone calls
- Answer repeat prescription line
- General Administration (filing, post, scanning etc.)
- Other duties may be added as required
Duties will be allocated depending on the experience of the candidate and the needs of the practice and may centre around the telephone position.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- 4 GCSEs @ grade A – C including English & Maths or equivalent
- Fully computer literate
- Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Experience of complaint handling & resolution
- Experience in a medical environment (GP surgery/Chemist) advantageous
37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday (would consider later start earlier finish).
£12.71 per hour.
