My Client based BT13 area of Belfast requires a Part-time Medical Receptionist with some admin duties. This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave. Main Duties/Responsibilities - General reception duties - greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments, providing information regarding practice services - Maintaining and updating files both computerised and manual. - Typing letters, memos referrals, and confidential reports. - Sorting and distribution of post - Collect and collate data as and when required. - Liaise with other disciplines, outsides agencies and departments, in a helpful and professional manner. Essential Criteria - 4 GCSE’s including English & Maths (Grade A-C) - Previous experience in a similar role (to include telephone & face to face contact) - Fully computer literate - Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative - Excellent communication & organisational skills - Flexibility to cover sickness & holidays Desirable Criteria - Previous NHS Experience Hours 14.5 per week Wed 1.30pm - 5.30pm & Fri 8.30am - 6pm (1 hour lunch) Salary £13 To apply for the above vacancy please forward your CV via the link below or contact our office
