Are you an experienced technology leader with a strong background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational IT? You combine technical expertise with pragmatic leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. We are looking for a confident, hands‑on and forward‑thinking Head of IT Security and Infrastructure to join our Technology team, leading secure, resilient and high‑performing IT operations across our global organisation. This high‑impact leadership role gives you ownership of cybersecurity, infrastructure governance and operational IT services, driving continuous improvement, resilience and consistency across a complex international environment. You will strengthen cybersecurity controls, improve infrastructure resilience, and ensure robust governance across cloud, network, and core systems.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of cybersecurity operations, including risk management, threat monitoring, incident response, and compliance activities such as Cyber Essentials and GDPR across international regions.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring services remain secure, resilient, and aligned with business needs across multiple locations.
  • Establish operational standards, improve service delivery, and drive efficiencies across infrastructure and cloud platforms.
  • Lead vendor relationships, ensuring performance against SLAs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a small IT team, act as the escalation point for critical issues, and provide insight and reporting to senior stakeholders to support decision‑making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity within complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, and security governance.
  • Experience managing cloud platforms (SaaS/PaaS) and enterprise infrastructure with a focus on resilience and scalability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third‑party vendors and drive performance against SLAs.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence, challenge and collaborate at senior levels.
