Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed person to take on the new key role of Deputy Headteacher - Standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make his or her mark on a rapidly improving school. The successful candidate will have a strong background in raising standards, particularly in relation to the quality of student behaviour and/or outcomes. Effective communication skills are essential as is the ability to self-manage and lead colleagues from different areas of the school.
