Join a leading floral distribution business! Are you hands-on and enjoy working in a fast-paced, physical role? FlowerHQ, part of Hasfarm Australia, is looking for reliable Part-Time Warehouse Assistant (30 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 6am starts) to help deliver and unload customer orders, with occasional assistance in pick packing and warehouse support. This is a practical, active role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining high standards. Extra hours may be required during peak periods such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Christmas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and unload customer orders safely and efficiently
- Assist with picking and packing orders when needed
- Receive, inspect, sort, and store flower deliveries
- Support inventory control, stock rotation, and stocktakes
- Prepare flowers for dispatch using appropriate packaging
- Assist with basic customer enquiries and occasional cash handling
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse
- Follow WHS, quality, and compliance standards
About You
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
- Drivers license
- Comfortable in a warehouse or delivery/logistics environment
- Able to follow processes and work well in a team
- Flexible to work additional hours during peak periods
- Experience with fresh produce, FMCG, or short shelf-life products is highly regarded
- Basic knowledge of flower handling (training provided)
