Do you love picking up the phone, opening doors, and turning a cold name into a warm meeting? If so, you might be our next Junior Sales hire.

You don't need a finance background. If you've excelled in a demanding sales role (in recruitment, B2B software, commercial real estate, or anywhere else) and you're hungry to build a career in finance, we want to hear from you. We'll teach you the rest.

Who we are

Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and fuelled by innovation, Lynceus Partners is an award-winning Structured Products Fintech. We combine the derivatives expertise of our team with the latest technology to build a comprehensive ecosystem for Private Wealth Management, Institutional and Corporate clients. Headquartered in Switzerland, we also have offices in France, Portugal, Spain, UK, UAE, Mauritius, and Singapore.

We partner with 30 of the world's most prominent investment banks - giving our clients access to best-in-class financial engineering and multi-asset investment solutions. We're growing our presence in the UK and Ireland, working with Family Offices, IFAs, Institutional Investors and Corporates, and we're looking for an ambitious salesperson to help us get in front of the right people.

The role

This is an outbound, meeting-generation role at its core. Your mission is to work hand-in-hand with our senior sales team to fill their diaries with quality meetings, while learning our products and market along the way.

Concretely, your time will be split roughly:

  • 75% Booking meetings for our senior salespeople. You'll research and qualify prospects, then use every outreach method available (phone, email, LinkedIn) to set meetings with senior decision-makers. You own the top of the funnel and the handoff to our seniors.
  • 25% Learning the products and the financial markets. Over time, you'll build genuine expertise in multi-asset structured products: the foundation for your next step.

This role is designed to grow into a fully autonomous sales position, owning your own client relationships and revenue. We promote from within, and your progression will be driven entirely by your results.

What we offer

  • A competitive base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a clear path to a higher-earning, autonomous sales role
  • Exceptional on-the-job training on technical, high-value financial products
  • Direct exposure to the offering of the world's leading investment banks
  • A genuinely entrepreneurial, boutique environment where your work is highly visible and directly matters to the business
  • Close collaboration with senior salespeople and a strong internal support team behind you

What we expect from you

  • You possess an unparalleled work ethic and a high sense of urgency. You have a relentless drive to be the best, you take ownership of everything you do, and you follow through on your commitments.
  • You're competitive, you love a target, and you get a kick out of beating it.

Basic qualifications:

  • A relentless, target-driven mindset: you thrive on hitting goals and want to smash them
  • A natural relationship-builder: curious about people, and comfortable speaking with a senior audience
  • Confident, clear verbal and written communication
  • Strong organisation and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable and energised in a high-pressure, competitive environment
  • Innate curiosity and the drive to keep learning
  • Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • A proven sales track record in another fast-paced industry (recruitment, B2B software, commercial real estate or similar) is a real plus
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Finance, Economics, Engineering or related) is welcome but not required - strong sales skills and the right mindset matter more
  • Prior exposure to lead generation, sales, or a CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Some familiarity with Equities, Bonds and Derivatives is a plus

Logistics

Based in our Mayfair office, this is an on-site role. You must have a valid UK work permit.
